- Have the member and lot details ready.
- Confirm the actual operation centre holding the vehicle.
- Collections must be pre-booked through the Copart Transportation App.
- Check the site’s collection availability and storage deadline.

Transport from the site
Copart vehicles cannot simply be driven out of its operation centres. The collection method must follow the site’s loading and towing rules. Transport requirements are agreed before the collection.
